Pupil Premium

For any parent who is in receipt of any of the following benefits, we may be able to claim additional funding of £1300 for their child to support that specific child with their learning within the school environment to help achieve their full potential in education.

Do you qualify?

 Income Support
 Income-based Job seeker’s Allowance
 Child Tax Credit (not Working Tax Credit), with an annual income of below £16,190
 Pension Guarantee Credit
 Employment and Support Allowance, income related
 Support under part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act, 1999
 Working Tax Credit run-on - paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit
 Universal Credit

In order for our school to be able to apply for this additional funding for your child, we are required to collect the Name of Child, Name of Personal Qualifying, Date of Birth, National Insurance Number and Asylum Seekers Number if applicable, from you. It is important to note that no other parents will know you have been assessed and it will not affect any other benefits you are claiming.

If you think this may apply to you and would like a form to complete, please see Mrs Barnes in the school office.
